Thornbury & District Stroke Support Group

• From September to April the Main Group meets on Thursdays fortnightly in the Jubilee Hall at Alveston, where we endeavour to entertain by a speaker followed by tea, cakes, and a raffle. We try to keep these meetings as light hearted as possible.
• During the Summer months we arrange visits to places of interest, either by coach or car.  
• Stroke members are transported by volunteers to and from the various venues.
